Each class is held to a small group of participants — because being supported, held and seen in practice deserves this level of sacredness.

Vinyasa

Movement woven to breathe. A flowing practice that meets you where your energy is and moves with it — never against it.

Yin

Long, slow holds in presence. A practice for the deep tissue, the held places, the parts of yourself you have not visited in a while.

Restorative

A practice in doing nothing — and discovering that nothing is precisely what the nervous system has been asking for.

One-to-One Training

Personal training shaped to your goals, your physiology, and your life. Whether you are returning to movement after a long pause, building strength, in recovery from an injury, or rebuilding trust with your body that has to find a new pathway of movement, I meet you there. Confident, strong, and steady. You are never pushed past what feels right for you.

NDIS Participants

Movement that honours capacity, lived experience, and the pace your body needs. Sessions are paced to you, communicated clearly, and grounded in care.

You are not a client to be managed, you are a person to be supported in the way that actually works for you.
